      Pros

      The branch level were very nice to work with.

      Cons

      Company goal is to save money by under paying employees instead of increasing revenue. They promote unqualified employees into middle management positions where they are doomed to fail. But upper management is accepting of this because it keeps the payroll low.

      Cons

      Poor communication across organization, and a lack of training for all levels.
