Benefits aren't great, lots of management changes

Not much. New senior leaders feel like they are regressing the company. But what do I know.

If you are going into GuideOne to handle auto claims DONT. Management has no clue on even how to write an estimate. Poor management. Dumpster fire. Just say I didn’t warn you!!

Job stability is poor and upper management not forthcoming.

Tech could be better. it was all good until Guideone was acquired by The Mutual Group. said everything will be A OK. solicited alot of feedback from Employees, then forced employees to say that it's a certified great place to work. Then layoffs happened. more will probably come. uncertain future

Middle and upper management are weak. They talk about improvement but don’t provide leadership. Appears some just waiting to get to retirement in next couple of years. Inefficient, apathetic

It's difficult to move up due to the size of the time.

In a companywide move, upper management cut 10% of the workforce. When they brought me on, they had told me employees had been around for a long time, could essentially write your own ticket. Given the opportunity, would never return.
