The goal of high-fidelity authentic Montessori is achieved every day through amazing on-going professional development, unparalleled team support and an emphasis on detailed excellence. Every campus team is professional, supportive and encouraged to work collaboratively to truly “follow the child”. It’s a joy to see happy parents who appreciate and value an authentic Montessori education and children who explore and grow in our beautiful environments every day.

Guidepost Montessori is a fast-growing network of schools that has very high standards for education quality, and a passion for an elevated parent experience. Every member of our campus teams works extremely hard and is committed to continuous learning, growth and improvement. This is only a con, if you are not also passionate and driven to achieve big things in your career in Montessori.
