Pros

Join if - you want stable 10-5 job - Colleagues are friendly and helpful - Many talented people are stuck because of market poor condition - Good compensation

Cons

- Mandatory Work from office. Otherwise apply leave - AI is a buzz word. No innovation - Always there are people pull you back with security, privacy etc aspects - Don't fall for benefits. Free food is very bad. You endup taking from home. You can't reimburse daycare fees as no other school provide PAN - Process is too slow. Learning is 0. Too many internal tools and over complicated solution. Even after 2 years, my learning here is null. - No scope for open sourced tools / solutions. You end-up making api calls every time. No innovation - Quarterly LTA and yearly variables are strap. You can't move out from this.

Pros

The company offers strong learning opportunities by working with a modern, top-notch tech stack rather than legacy systems, which helps in building relevant technical skills. The work culture is positive and supportive, with great people and a collaborative environment supported by a flat organizational hierarchy. The office environment is well-maintained, and employees benefit from good facilities such as cab and food services. It is an excellent place for freshers to start their careers, given the exposure and continuous learning opportunities available. Initiatives like “Upskill Weeks” further encourage employees to take ownership of their growth and actively enhance their skill sets. Overall, it's a good place to work with positive work culture.

Cons

The company requires employees to work from the office for at least three days a week, which may feel restrictive for those who prefer fully remote or more flexible work arrangements.
