- Management listened to problems about customers but nothing was ever done. - If problem with a client then you were moved to other projects rather than the problem being addressed. - Morale very low in whole workplace. - Compensation was average.

Data management practice is very bad. The 4 weeks training for the complete product is a joke..and they throw you out at clients with not much support. There is a Indian PIA who lacks basic people skills.. please stay away from this group.

Really great within certain parts of the organization, management does try to listen but are stretched so thin, it's futile at times telling them anything.

Behind the technology curve, bloated organizations, poor HR processes with lack of clarity/consistency on promotion criteria, way too many cooks in the kitchen - collaboration to the nth degree stifling ownership and autonomy for stellar employees
