      Horrendous work life balance and impossible targets/account allocation

      Pros

      Great products, market leadership, CEO, engaging customers and prospects. Excellent IT literate industry with super talented clients. Great life for HQ and development staff but benefits and balance away from HQ is poor.

      Cons

      Just so slow on deals and accounts allocation was grossly unbalanced - impossible to reach targets on anything but 1/3 years. Work life balance - even had to do sales forecast calls on holidays, and instructive Mgt sales briefing calls at 10pm. Great high level values and principles that evaporate thinner at every Mgt layer.

      Still the Best Company I Have Ever Worked For

      Pros

      I've been here more than ten years, and it's longer than anywhere else I have ever worked. I've been here so long because it is, by far, the best company I have ever worked for. the decisions are rational, the people are incredibly easy to work with, the collaboration is better than anywhere else, and the work is interesting. What more could you want?

      Cons

      I really don't see any cons to working here. The culture is great, the product is doing really well, and the work is interesting.
