The team has been consistently supportive, collaborative, and easy to work with. Occasional events and conferences offer enjoyable opportunities to connect with others, travel, and have fun. Opportunity to work remote after a year or two

Cons

Not enough pay but I guess you don't get fired quickly because of this too. Lot of internal propriety knowledge which may not be transferable to other companies
