Cons

There are many cons 1. Bad Managment 2. Very bureaucratic environment 3. There wont care about the people's welfare and thoughts. 4. Micor management is more at high level 5. if some issue happend with the team, rather than solving that issue, they make your work more hard that you have to decide to leave the company. 6. Its like at the end of day some one has to be scape goat for their problems. 7. Company policies are good but the managment is bad.

Pros

The company is globally recognized and operates on a large scale. Many talented individuals are working at the company. The overall company culture seems positive. Good pay, benefits, and time off policies.

Cons

Difficulties with onboarding, such as not receiving the correct login information for Zoom meetings. The person assigned to onboard me was challenging to work with. Noticeable difference in treatment between myself and another employee who had a personal connection with the department manager. The experience heavily depends on team dynamics and personal connections within the company. As a global company with a remote-first approach, it is crucial for all teams to reflect the diversity of the clients being served. Unfortunately, there appears to be a lack of representation and diversity, specifically with teams being primarily composed of Caucasian individuals. To foster an inclusive and equitable work environment, the company needs to prioritize and actively promote diversity within its teams, ensuring that they reflect the global clientele the company serves.
