Company is good, but it is becoming not that good

Great company culture. Great WLB. Great benefits.

Cons

There is a big workforce diversity issue in the product development department. In recent years, many and more hires have been from one of the south-Asia country. Jobs are outsourced there. This drove out other talents. Many engineers left or are leaving. Management team need to be notified about this!

I have worked in a lot of places throughout my career but this has been the best. Good benefits, competitive compensation, nice co workers and they really seem to care about their employees.

Cons

None that i can think of.
