      Pros

      The company provides great work-life balance, and continues to support me in my growth and development. There are no egos, and everyone just genuinely wants to help one another succeed. There's complete transparency behind our product and our business. Everyone I've interacted with from C-level down has been very honest, and there are no surprises.

      Pros

      - Possibly the best company I have worked for. - Great culture and willingness to get better at all levels. - Great benefits. Clearly better than the average Spanish company. - Really listens to employees and their concerns and aspirations.

      Cons

      - Not much to say on this. Possibly the only thing I can think of is the fact that the company is not a small shop anymore, and this can lead to heavier processes.
