You feel welcomed from Day 1. - strong focus on equity, inclusion, belonging and diversity. - competitive compensation & benefits. - great rewards & recognition. - fantastic volunteering and charity program - very strong support for remote work environment, both by providing the tools and tech needed as well as the leadership support - great work/life balance and respect for working hours in different time zones

Cons

- confusing org structure. Hard to know who's who and how everyone works together. - sometimes still headquarters-centric which can make remote workers and those from outside the U.S. feel excluded, like they don't belong or that there aren't clear paths for development
