Cutting edge technology, remote/hybrid working, relatively good salary and bonus

Cons

Still forcing the hybrid working. Way to much useless people in the chain. Slow and non transparent decision making. Frequent layoffs not relating with performance but purely on visibility in the office. No short/medium/long term planning. No carrier opportunities.
