Customer Success is always number. But Guidewire is really is serious about its values. Integrity, Rationality, Collegiality. This means that there is extreme trust among co-workers. The Company is also careful about who is hired, so you know that you can rely on your colleagues. Even when mistakes happen, there is never a hunt for who to blame. Everyone just pitches in to solve the problem.

The company has a very Flat Hierarchy. While there is a standard reporting structure, everyone has a voice and you have access to management at every level. The Management team is a group that you can respect, trust and be inspired by. My time has very flexible scheduling and allows me to have great work/life balance

Cons

None a whole lot to say here...sometimes because schedules are flexible you end up working a few extra hours, but most don't mind because we like the work!
