      Great culture, top-notch and dedicated colleagues, strong customer focus, award-winning software that has become the leader in our industry of focus, strong company growth prospects, and a talented management team

      We have a lot of things left to do as a company, so the work and travel schedule can be pretty grueling

      Great CEO, field consultants are amazing, and only negative is poor mid-level management

      - Very collegial - Field consultants will go above and beyond to help each other - Salary is very competitive - Well respected in the insurance space - Great CEO in terms of being the face of the company

      Cons

      - Mid-level management were promoted despite their lack of management skill - Performance evaluation is poor at best (poorly managed due to quick growth in company size) - Lack of leadership skills in forecasting, and again poor management, which led to furloughs and poor moral (yet no leaders were held accountable) - Lack or mix communication on the direction of the company as a whole - Getting lost in the shuffle is starting to surface even though the company is not big enough to be so

      - Value retaining top talent; encourage employees to move within the company - Challenge employees to succeed and reward accordingly - Pay competitive wages, have good benefits and offer other perks and rewards - Promote a good work / life balance - Focus on only one target market - the P&C industry, and extends this focus globally

      Cons

      - The sales cycles are very long, complex and challenging (but very much worth it!) - The fast growth and success of the company has left some challenges around creating and maintaining effective processes and documentation
