      Pros

      Great talent at the company. Fantastic atmosphere, and everyone is willing to help if you have a question. Promoting from inside means that there are lots of career opportunities.

      Cons

      A little bit of internal thinking, due in part to promote from within philosophy. To truly make the leap to be the global market leader they might need some experienced senior talent.

      Pros

      Incredible working conditions - Nice office space, free snacks / drinks & good coffee Some of the best benefits on offer - Family health plan, valuable shares, bonus, 25 days etc. Very impressive product - clearly ahead of the competition Management are very accessible and are open to suggestions Internal mobility feels like a real option Great leadership in a very inclusive, considerate environment Flexible working arrangements An active sports and social group organising social events, with free beer and snacks on a 'Thirsty Thursday' night once every two weeks Pool / Foosball / XBox / Games

      Cons

      Base salary is lower than average, but the shares and bonus make will make the difference. The location is not great for anyone coming from South Dublin, though a free shuttle bus runs from the City Center. A lot of the knowledge gained is not transferable, most development and configuration done in 'GOSU' which is not widely used.

      Pros

      This is a very family-friendly company. Great flexibility with the expectation that you are getting your job done and delivering results.

      Cons

      Culture varies greatly by department and functional area. Lack of vision in the marketing department. Not at the head of the class. Great brand but needs more investment in marketing talent and resources to execute programs.
