Pros

The best part about Guidewire is the people. They're all super-smart and want to help you get your work done. The software is top-notch and always getting better. I've never been prouder to work for a company. Oh, and I don't have to lie to clients anymore. That was a big issue at a previous job.

Cons

The biggest con is being in-between projects. Although, I've been told that the more experience you get, the less and less time you spend on the bench.

Pros

Multinational and multicultural environment where your skills and ability come first Colleagues always available and with impressive skills Lots of responsibility and autonomy from day one Light years away from other Italian companies

Cons

For a company where many employees travel around the world, it lacks basic services and procedures to be followed when there are unexpected events
