      Pros

      - The Company knows the industry very well - Products are well designed and accepted by customers in multiple countries - Stringent hiring / selection process to ensure the quality of employees - Excellent internal product training to prepare employees for the job - Equal opportunities and delegagations to elevete employee motivation

      Cons

      - Benefits and compensations are not the best amongst the like-companies - Stock price may not be too attractive - P&C insurance may be too narrow a focus; long-term strategy not so clear

      Pros

      Lots of perspectives and opportunities. Good salary and package. Nice and friendly colleagues, good products and management easily accessible. This company keeps growing but is already a leader in its field.

      Cons

      Except that fact that it may be not a well known company in the IT industry, I do not see real negative point regarding this company. Compared to all my previous jobs, it is by far the best.

      Pros

      - You'll work with smart motivated people, with an extremely low amount of politics. Customer success is the overall focus, and you can see that from the top down, in all of the groups. - Guidewire's plan is to hire good people and keep them, so if you want a new role in the organization, doors will typically open for you.

      Cons

      It's not sexy. Your friends probably won't have heard about the company, and working on insurance industry software doesn't make for a fascinating elevator conversation.
