      Pros

      Culture culture culture everyone is great, the product does have a real world value. It is a good product to work on and fun to support it. The company makes sure you understand the product and the value of the product. They are very keen on training employees spending time and resources ensuring their success. Very inclusive, safe and respectable work environment. Great time to join the company if you are an enthusiast for building new things and are creative.

      Cons

      Not really a CON than an observation The company is growing rapidly and there are lots of changes involved. Which may make it seem chaotic. BUT, the employees make sure that there is always a positivity floating in this phase of change as well.

      Collegiality - friendly, helpful people, plenty of social events Was one of the best workplace when I've joined Great new CEO and Head of PD Transparency Office

      Cons

      Inability to prioritise - big picture of product is incomplete Lack of accountability - e.g. if some devs don't like to QA and if you hint at it you get into trouble Integrity - feedback is king but not double checked properly; taking positions without hearing you
