      Pros

      Guidewire was a very cordial place to work. They seem to genuinely care about input from the employees. Still has a bit of a start-up feel.

      Cons

      Since it was the first year of the intern ship program, it was not the most organized. By the end, the project was done and I didn't have much to do.

      Pros

      Initially the company had high aims on how it wanted to run for its employees. But currently There focus has been on their self growth at the cost of the employees

      Cons

      The company is so pre-occupied on going public that they have forgotten why they started the business in the first place.

      Pros

      Guidewire has challenged me to grow and develop both professionally and personally. The people are incredibly smart and innovative and knowledge sharing is a common practice. They continue to remain competitive with salaries and have developed the incentive plans as well.

      Cons

      Still a small company, missing some of the perks of a larger organization.
