Pros
Paycheck came on time. I had some amazing co-workers that were genuine and loved the industry as much as I did. Passion in the work environment makes a difference on moral.
Cons
My LO treated me like dirt. Never called the customers and expected me to work outside the parameters of my job description DAILY. Very stressful and negative work environment that would affect any normal human attempting to grow and be successful in their position. Upward mobility seemed completely impossible. Spare yourself, apply somewhere else. The corporate policies just validate you’re just “a number”. Very little concern about the actual work environment and how horrible it was to show up for work each day. I never leave reviews, so I hope this helps someone make a wise decision about their future employment.
