Never seen more turnover at a company, but I definitely understand why after my time there. Getting files through here is like pulling teeth. This company lets their underwriters and closers (and managers!) behave any way they like whether it’s childish and unprofessional or not. Employees are told that “it’s the law so you have to punch out for 30 mins for lunch. Then you’re told “everyone eats lunch at their desk or doesn’t take one but we still have to clock out”. So you basically work for free for that half hour because if you’re at your desk you’ll be expected to be working. The owner of the branch is so cheap she calls for mandatory (employee provided) potluck dishes for their Holiday party, and even has to “approve” the dish you bring. Unbelievable, and this year she served Chipotle at the Xmas party. My husband was wowed by their class. ;) There were also mice in the office, going to the bathroom in the desks and on top of them and eating peoples snacks. She didn’t call anyone to check or get rid of them either, just told employees not to keep any food there. I can go on and on about the ridiculousness of this place but I think you somewhat get the picture already! Run for the hills from this company!!
