Pros

The clients are great as is the paid time off and holiday pay.

Cons

Human Resources often messes up payroll or doesn't pay you what they say they're going to, understaffed, high turnover, terrible healthcare.

Pros

Really enjoy the work, generally decent PTO/days off, enjoy my co-workers

Cons

Seemingly big disconnect between upper management and staff on the ground, although I respect higher leadership . I wish there was more pay transparency, jobs posted with higher salaries than current employees get.

Cons

- supervisors lack empathy - high turnover - supervisors care more about deadlines than employees - little to no support from leadership - have had the same goals of diversity inclusion in leadership position for 2 years without any inclusion in positions that have opened in leadership
