      Pros

      Hefty discount on music gear, opportunity to make great friends, opportunity to become a great salesperson

      Cons

      Management does not communicate with each other. Training is minimal and if your team isn't good, you are on your own. CEO doesn't understand music retail, priorities are out of line. Commission bracket is stingy.
