      Pros

      Mostly agreeable people work here, not a rise and grind culture, consistent paycheck.

      Cons

      Exec leadership turnover is concerning. They say it's normal but not normal at the other unicorns I have worked at. Engineering and Product execs have had 100% turnover in 2 years.

      Pros

      Really great co-workers who are willing to help out at all times. No egos typically found below the exec level. Decent pay with top tier benefits.

      Cons

      Used to be a great company with a people centric culture, now just average. Processes and policies needed a revamp for sure, but the way everything was rolled out with little to no change management was discouraging. The only people posting positive comments in the past 6 months seem to be the recruiting team, which says a lot.
