      Redundant without much change in your days, Executive team can be kind of overbearing on expectations, hard to have career mobility, long repetitive tasks on the daily

      -Use a lot of CRM softwares -PTO -Good medical, visual and employee benefits (like Carrot, Modern Health and Forma) -Stipends -Managers are supportive

      Cons

      -No career pathing if you want to get out of sales -SPIFS are very low (taxed out it’s almost nothing: $50-80) -Very competitive -Cold Calling -Becomes very repetitive
