Awesome culture. Everyone is extremely smart and motivated to accomplish our goals. There is a unique atmosphere where everyone truly cares about one another as a person rather than just a coworker. I have worked at many other well known companies but there truly is a special vibe in our office unlike any other. You get a fair amount of autonomy but also have sufficient resources available to help you out when needed. Cons
We get lunch and dinner catered everyday. Ya, not too much of a con other than that we are often inside most of the day simply out of convenience. I have made a conscious effort lately to go on mid day walks to no longer have to deal with this issue. :)
