Pros

Good company with solid leadership. Really solid benefits with an 8/4 retirement plan that vest immediately. Also health coverage is pretty top notch.

Cons

Boston office was a little small and when your not in NYC office you do feel a little secondary. However, leadership before I left had made expanding and growing the Boston office a big priority.
