Pros

People are nice, benefits are good, and not over worked. The company execs are always visiting and available which is nice.

Cons

Work can be very slow and require a lot of traveling. You have to figure out how to do everything since there is no Mech Department Head in the area. There isn't much learning to be done with no training.
