Pros

Although the firm has grown in the past 5 years (nearly doubled), the focus still remains on being a family culture. In my role, I am afforded the opportunity to work with multiple offices. As you would expect, each has their nuances, but they all still work within a baseline culture and attitude. People really care about doing the "right" thing, but also like the technical challenges that we tackle as a firm.

Cons

For me, it's the commute, but that's not the firm's fault...
