Good Management and good mentorship program.

Cons

You tend to get moulded into a particular role if you work on it for too long. But cant think of any other con.

Pros

Good company to work for. Relaxed atmosphere and cooperative work force...technology is up to date and you get what you need to do your job.

Cons

The control of software and simple things as title blocks can be frustrating and unproductive. A little more flexibility in the cadd department will go a long way to streamline project deliverables.
