I hear your frustration with overtime. Please reach out to me directly if you wish to discuss. My door is open. With major projects, there occasionally comes a time when we all have to put extra hours in to meet a deadline.
These paid overtime hours help everyone on the project work toward meeting our client’s goals. If everyone can do their part, the load becomes easier for everyone.
I know we are all very engaged right now, and it can be stressful when extra time is needed, but it is a good thing when we deliver successful projects that will help us continue to grow. Thank you for your time and extra effort. (SB)
