1. Not micromanaged, get your work done for the week 2. People are great to work with 3. Caring for employees as people and not objects 4. Flexible Schedule 5. Very smooth with home to work life, no continued issues 6. Great Benefits

Cons

1. Clarity may be an issue at times. May be confused about your future at times. Overall, you will find out if you ask. 2. Not Transparent about raises and how to get more raises.

Great Opportunities

Firm has many opportunities in multitude of positions and disciplines. Staff and supervisory engineers extremely willing to mentor and provide help on assignments. Great array of projects and roles within project teams. Colleagues committed to working as a team. Strong culture of learning and growing with the firm.
