Coming from a much larger firm that did not walk the talk with respect to culture and people, there are a several qualities that stand out at H&H: * Focused on maintaining a positive and people-focused culture. * Leadership is engaged--the CEO regularly visits offices and interacts with staff! * If you contribute to the success of the company, you will be rewarded. Bottom line--H&H has a strong backlog of projects and continues to build success through valuing their staff. Come be part of the #hhsquad!
