Pros

They really tried to be good employers.

Cons

I really tried to like the place. I really tried to put on a happy face. I really tried tp follow all of their instructions. I really tried to move up with the company. I really tried to be a good person. I really failed. The management team tried their best, but I felt like I was always stressed and underperforming. I think I was focused on the wrong things. I hope I get it right with the next job, I hope I change and I hope every team member has a good life.

Pros

Amazing benefits, great discount and collaborations, definitely be an example of company values for myself

Cons

Horrible support from district members, communication barriers, racial injustice in the workplace that suppose to be full of diversity, sometimes you work too much and don’t get the credit for it

Pros

Your tenure with H&M is based upon your popularity. Not talent or what you can bring to the organization. Many individuals are not qualified in the roles they are in.

Cons

No clear SOPs, no bonus, merit system is biased, promotion based on popularity, discriminatory practices
