Pros

Honestly it is a very good company to work for and they do care for employees they pay well above minimum wage and have a lot of benefits. If everything is ran the way its supposed to it almost seems too good to be true in a good way. I started from a part time position and moved up to Department Manager

Cons

You do way more work than in your job description and Its too sensitive to who is in charge. It can either be the best experience you've ever had because you have a good store manager and district team or it can be your worst nightmare there is no in between and i have lived through both.

Pros

Met great people here & had fun at work most of the time, also great bonuses, discounts, etc. They are also very flexible with scheduling around another job/school.

Cons

At my store, management turnover was extremely high. I went through 4 store managers in 2 years and about 10-11 department managers, and 2 district teams. Because of this, there are always different expectations and can cause some disgruntlement between employees and management. Some managers are always on a "power trip" which can make you dread coming into work if you see they are scheduled. Also, shifts can vary from 24/7 so be prepared.
