Pros

Great benefits Help with growth Able to be myself H&M has great values to live by and are aware of what their employees need

Cons

No follow up No communication H&M needs better communication and be able to delegate priorities to staff. I have reached out to higher management about situations at work but have yet to be resolved.

Pros

Great company if looking to seek growth and development. Diverse group of coworkers at any location. Great benefits. Open minded, always looking for ways to improve ways of working.

Cons

Need to be able to handle a fast pace and high stress load. Difficult hours, not consistant. Work/ Home life balance is hard to come by.
