Pros

This company really is all about their employees. As a part-time employee you get seven days of wellness pay, almost two weeks vacation, and paid holidays (including your birthday). They will work with any schedule you show at them and understand that things happen.

Cons

Retail is awful in general but there is something about people who shop fast-fashion, they are rude and demanding.

Pros

Company has grown to appreciate and treat their employees very well! Employee discounts, free t-shirts, holiday gifts, free food, and swag bags every now and then! Hourly wage is relatively higher than most retail companies! Part time and full time benefits are available and very good... even includes pet insurance, gym discount, cell phone discounts, and your birthday is a paid holiday off!

Cons

Very fast paced, usually understaffed

Pros

Vacation Time, Wellness, Pay, Discount

Cons

Not enough hours per week to operate store, high and unreasonable expectations, heavy workload, get used to being the manager, the backup cashier, the garment runner, and the person doing the department move, typical staff levels are 2 people until 1, and maybe 3 people total to close
