Pros

Work life balance is good

Cons

Poor pay and quality of staff. Company likes to hire MBAs and oversells the role and bonus potential (bonus is based on goals, which are almost impossible to meet, but they leave this piece out). There is also very limited intellectual challenge. The quality of mid-level leadership and co-workers is poor which means you're usually the smartest person in the room.
