Pros

great pay compared to some companies in the same industry.

Cons

not enough time off to take care of things with family kids etc, you only get 6 hours of vacation time to start per check and holidays have to come out of that, biweekly and it stays that way for 5 years then it goes to 8. They prorate the 6 hours if you call in any during that 2 week period so its not guaranteed.,Only allow you to make up 2 hours per month for doctor appt if you run out of time. if you do manage to save up some time good luck using it because only 2 associates are allowed off in one day incuding if someone has a half day scheduled but management can come in early or stay late to make up their time and save vacation which was not fair. Also they are very cheap rarely provide lunch or show employees appreciation, they don't give gifts like other companies during cs appreciation week , the gifts they get always come from dollar tree and its toys not adult items, I received a slinky and a piece of candy during the last cs appreciation week.

Pros

Cons

High nurse/patient ratios Management making decisions based on money but compromising patient care and safety. Understaffing physicians and nurses, lends itself to unsafe practices.
