Business Outlook

Pros

Location, near to home. The pay was slightly better than with another larger teaching institution. Do not have to pay for parking. No stressful commute daily. Nice benefits(medical a little expensive, but affordable to me). Cafeteria at most locations is decent and inexpensive for employees.

Cons

Allied Health does not get the the same pay nurses get and we also have a 4 year BS degree. Slowness of corporate decision making. IT&S requests take way too much time to complete.
