      Pros

      Some of the Recruiters are awesome as is most of the back office. Those are the individuals who used to work for Partner before the merger.

      Cons

      The merger of Partner and HCTec. The culture changed drastically and not for the better. The turn over rate is much higher and the new recruiting staff has much less experience..in other words not great at their respective jobs.

      Flexible schedule, easy to get time off

      Cons

      Let coders know prior to the project ending the project is ending & have somewhere for them to go. Not aloud to us pot time while in limbo. Management are not coders so there isn't any support to lean on if there are coding related questions.
