Great pay and flexibility for the position I was in

Cons

Was not informed assignment had ended and when it did I was left with no work, no PTO to cover time missed and my recruiter stopped responding to my emails and calls requesting the status of finding me another assignment

Pros

Solid pay and ability to work for some great companies. Ability to travel is there as well be placed with other companies when your contract expires.

Cons

Weak support from HR and payroll, they seemed overwhelmed at times. They have a few people that support more than 100 consultants. Responses are often slow and inadequate.

HcTec Partners is a great growing HIT and HIM staffing company! Great people to work with! Good communication!

Cons

Would like more pto and cheaper health insurance without such a high deductible. HCTec Partners does offer a flexible spending account to offset the medical expenses.
