Pros

I joined over three years ago when they were just Partners. I have been treated well by everyone I have come in contact with. If you put forth the effort and act professionally, the sky is the limit.

Cons

The only time I had an issue was in between assignments there was a bit longer lull than I would have liked. That said, things did get taken care of and for the most part they have been very consistent and even handed.

Pros

Very friendly, polite and driven staff. Most employees work remotely, but they make an effort to make everyone feel like part of the team.

Cons

Little pre or post-employment training. Poor communication regarding issues directly related to your success on the job.

Pros

Some supervisors are friendly and sometimes will grant you to leave if there is an emergency

Cons

If you're aiming for a technical career and want to grow in healthcare IT, this company just isn't it! They prioritize endless password resets, mindless ticket-taking, and locked accounts over advancing your technical skills, all just to meet their precious SLAs. And don't even get me started on the horrible provisioning process – you're lucky if you even get a email heads-up before being thrown into the fire, with minimal training if you're lucky and if you don’t respond immediately you get harassed with follow up email after follow up email. The only real career progression here is Clinical work, which shackles you to a narrow slice of tech. And those clients? Half the time, you're stuck twiddling your thumbs because you don't have the proper tools oR KBs to do anything meaningful! Oh, but don't worry, the tools they do provide? They're strictly view-only access half the time, leaving you and the end-user both frustrated! And don't even get me started on the title "analyst" – it's just a pathetic cover-up for glorified call center agents. The turnover rate speaks volumes, with over 20+ of my colleagues fleeing this piece of hell. Upper management? They’re not your friends, they may act like it but they’re just suck ups. Sure, some of the SD Supervisors might empathize, but they're drowning in the same cesspool of corporate greed. And let's talk about wage discrepancies – $16 in one office, $18 in another? Promotions? Don't hold your breath – it takes six months, and even then, you're still stuck with your old duties! They pile on more work without a single raise in sight, denying performance bonuses like they're going out of style. Sick days? At their discretion. Staff stretched thin across multiple skill lines, a revolving door of overworked, underpaid employees, while upper management gleefully adds more clients without a second thought for retention! Result? A workforce pushed to the brink – overworked, overwhelmed, and utterly underappreciated.
