      Pros

      Work with high level owners and large property groups. Opportunity to bid large $ jobs in a competitive, fast pace industry. Large product offering over 70,000 SKUs

      Cons

      The company has no inventory to back up their sale promise of next day delivery. To many layers within the company and therefor no one will make a decision. The culture is to reward bad behavior. Only the numbers matter regardless of what someone did to get those numbers. Compensation is set up so that far to many people get paid on any one sale therefore company margin requirements of the sale of product prices most quotes out of the bidding process. In short the company has to much FAT.

      great people and in-house gym

      Cons

      whole company is being moved from San Diego to Atlanta, transition wasn't handled the best, too many employees, so there are yearly layoffs, too many employees which create too much chaos and too much structure, which ends up making processes longer and inefficient
