Awful, spineless management and leadership. Any good work is negated by poor decisions from department leaders and up top. Directors hide in their offices. No room for growth. Toxic work environment with rampant gossip and everyone throwing each other under the bus. Fake CEO who preached company values but was really in it for a hefty cash payday. He got it! Honestly, being bought out was the best thing that could’ve ever happened to HD Supply.

Poor Management, favoritism, low pay for the work done, no opportunity to advance, cliquey workplace, micro-managing of employees is on another level. Management is a political network, all the managers know each other and protect each other including HR, and they can basically do whatever they want and treat people like trash because they're never held accountable or punished for anything they do
