Pros
Use to be a great company. Customers will buy out of habit.
Cons
Micromanaged by people who don’t care about you or the customers. Warehouse and inventory is a complete S Show ever since they went public. No one can talk to anyone else. Even IF you knew who to call about your problem. They have you doing so much ridiculous Salesforce garbage that you don’t have time to see your customers. A lot of nepotism and promotion of people who are completely unqualified to manage. Unattainable goals, the numbers are manipulated so that they don’t have to pay out commission.
