Overall, was a great company to work for. Flexible hours and could pick up OT whenever possible.

Cons

1. All employees were furloughed during COVID and unfortunately wasn’t brought back on. 2. No benefits package provided through the company (at my time of employment)

Flexible schedule Being able to work from home (if you meet the requirements)

Cons

Management not caring if people cheat the system The sick time we are given means we have to make the time up within the same week PTO is taken without us knowing sometimes Paychecks arent always on time Even if you worked your full shift you could get sent more work and if you dont do it itll be held against you No benefits No job security Hardly any training If you have a bad month they threaten to fire you if you dont do better the next month They are desperate for good reviews so management will go around the office and bribe their employees to give them good reviews

HDM Corporation Response

HDM is set up to measure results. If a person takes PTO when they are sick, they do not need to make up the time. Paychecks have always been on time.....paystubs are sometimes not distributed timely and that is something we have been working to improve. This past year has been traumatic for all of us. We continue to move forward in finding a better way.
