Pros

Plenty of growth potential and senior leadership seems to like to promote from within. The job is very rewarding and help our troops in their everyday mission. The sense of delivering a quality product to the world's finest certainly makes the bad days seem better.

Cons

The Defense market as a whole is a challenge right now and it has become a very high pressure job and it appears it will only get worse. Communication seems to be a little slow to come from the top.

Pros

Interesting work that usually is meant to protect our troops. Good coworkers and located in a nice area. Standard benefits.

Cons

Lot's of Managers with very little Leadership. Bottom line is the clear priority. The corporate office is constantly trying to find ways to be average, so benefits have gotten worse to save a few dollars. Lack of respect for the employees and customers. The corporate office makes plenty of changes to our business unit without knowledge of what we do. Management styles and org charts are seen as the way to fix problems.
