Pros

Laid back atmosphere, get the job done & done right & no one messed with you. Easy to get along.

Cons

Jobs would shift mid-stream. sometimes there would 3 or 4 open jobs on the line at once, parts would get mixed up. Other times there would be a hurry up we need this order and the parts weren't even in the building.

Pros

I loved working there, my job was interesting and ever changing, i was a sewer. I loved the people, the hours and the pay. And I really loved being able to listen to my music while I worked.

Cons

Communication wasnt good. The management couldnt help you understand what the next thing you had to sew should look like, they relied on other employees to show you. The point system was strict for me as a temp. I was 1 minute late 3 times and was fired. Really... what could someone do in 3 minutes anyways. It shouldnt be an immediate fire. I was already training new employees. I felt belittled.

Pros

The benefits are very good: mdical coverage is above average and company match on 401K is very generous. The pay is above average. New corporate offices.

Cons

As another reviewer noted, employees that have been with the company 5 or more years are very clickish to the point of excluding newer workers ... they are rude and hard to be around. Management agrees there is a problem and yet they permit the unprofessional and rude behavior to continue unchecked. Management does not communicate with employees. There is a very high rate of turn over especially with senior level management. No stability, no job security.
