Cons

Hectic work culture. No Emergency leaves. TL will pick you up from your home if you are absent for even a day like a sick day if taken.

I am working with this for more than an year now, have been deployed in one of the finance major. The experience is been good. Good learning opportunities and flexibility.

Cons

The salary is less comparatively. The response to employee queries is not upto the mark, they take more time. This could be improved.
